A Generous Canada?
Canadians are about the most generous people around. But please remember that when Paul Martin speaks about a 'Generous Canada', he means two things:
- Being generous with tax dollars taken from your pocket
- Being generous to the Liberal-party-connected (just remember who was Finance Minister during AdScam, and who called an election before the finger pointing got beyond the first level).
US Patent Office Agrees to Hear PUBPAT FAT Challenge
On April 15 I reported that the Public Patent Foundation was challenging Microsoft's all-important FAT Filesystem Patent. Today the US PTO agreed that PubPat's challenge had enough merit to prompt a new hearing into whether the Patent in question should be abolished. Score one for the good guys at PubPat!
